Returns / Refunds

We are committed to ensuring you are fully satisfied with your purchases from Mondial. If you have any questions about your product or problems with an order you’ve received, please contact us right away.

Due to regulations on animal feed products, we can only accept returns of SUCCEED products for specific reasons:

  • The product was damaged during shipping.
  • You received an incorrect item (wrong size, type, or doesn’t match what was ordered).
  • Flawed or contaminated product.
  • Product that is within 60 days of its expiration date when it’s received.

If you need to return a product for any of these reasons, Mondial will pay return shipping costs and provide either a credit or an exchange.

Please note that we cannot accept returns of:

  • Product damaged in shipping if the request is made more than 7 calendar days after original delivery Date.
  • Partial cases.
  • Product damaged by misuse, mishandling, neglect, or environmental factors.
  • Product past its expiration date.

Initiate a Return

Contact us to obtain a return authorization and instructions.

Mondial Industries will accept returns for exchange or credit, at the Customer’s discretion, subject to the following terms and guidelines:

Return Authorization

All requests for credit or exchange must be accompanied by a return of the product. To initiate a return, Customer must request a Return Material Authorization (RMA).  Please be prepared to provide the following:

  • Original Mondial Industries order number.
  • Specific item(s) (including Mondial Industries item number) and quantity being returned.
  • Explicit reason for return.
  • Accurate customer contact information (name, phone, email).

Return Authorization will not be granted for:

  • Product damaged in shipping, more than 7 calendar days after original delivery Date.
  • Product contaminated or otherwise damaged at Customer site due to Customer error.
  • Partial cases.
  • Product damaged by misuse, mishandling, neglect, or environmental factors.
  • Product exceeding its expiration date.

Order cancellation

For shipped orders that were changed or cancelled prior to order fulfillment, shipping will not be charged for that order.

Order changes or cancellation that occur following order fulfillment and shipping must be returned at customer’s cost.

Risk of Loss

Customer should thoroughly inspect all items for shipping damage before accepting delivery. No credit will be given unless damage is identified and Customer notifies Mondial Industries Sales Customer Service within seven calendar days of the original order delivery. Mondial Industries' responsibility for loss and damage ceases after the seven day period and no credit will be issued.

Return Packaging & Labelling

Returns must be properly prepared for transport in compliance with applicable transportation regulations, and clearly reflect the return authorization number. Mondial Industries may charge Customer for any related costs incurred due to Customer error.

Return Shipping and Timeline

For pre-authorized returns, Customer must ship in accordance with Mondial Industries’ shipping terms and instructions within thirty (30) calendar days of issuance of the return authorization or the return request is no longer authorized. If carrier has not contacted Customer within seven calendar days of authorization, Customer must notify Mondial Industries Customer Service.

Return shipments received marked “Freight Collect” will be refused. Mondial Industries is neither responsible for shipping costs related to Customer arranged shipment, nor any costs related to the Product.

Wrong Items Received

Only items included in the return authorization order will be accepted. No credit will be issued for other items and Customer may be responsible for any related handling and disposition costs Mondial Industries incurs for any such items.

Inspection

Product will be inspected upon return for conformance to Mondial Industries’ return acceptance criteria. After inspection, credit requests may be reduced or declined accordingly if the Customer is determined responsible, including any additional costs for disposal.

Credit Issuance

Unless otherwise agreed, credits less applicable Handling Fees or other charges will be issued in the form of the original purchase, and will be issued after all inspection and handling is completed. (For example, for order paid by credit card, the same card will be credited for the refund amount.)
